Looks good,shoulda went ported imo. But you can get some fiberglass resin to mold all the corners and edges to seal it off.

also that 2.5" by 35" piece on the front seems like its gonna be really hard to secure properly especially from the top lol

yeah the glue bond stuff im using seems to be filling and drying real good so i think ill just pile up on that.

so the only thing on that seem is going to be sealant? sounds like a bad idea

what u mean?? lots of boxes have zero screws

sealant and clamps do a dam fine job

it has zero center support and its thin. its going to flex hardcore

Maybe for some weak 6's or 8's lol.

Might want to brace it up some more in the center. Also to solve your edge problems might I recommend aluminum corner moldings. The same stuff that is used for sidings would suffice. Your local hardware store would have this. Use tin snips to 45 all your corners.
