he served i hit it back then when he hit it back to me it hit the net then went over is it his point or nothing

if the ball went out coming from him after hit the net, then it's your point
hitting the net or not during the change of balls is same as playing normally, it applies the rule if ball falls out it's point for other and if it's in it's good point
