According to Nadal and Djoko, it plays completely different. However, supposedly it is made exactly the same as red clay, except it includes a blue dye.

Federer seems to be doing alright, I personally feel like Nadal and Djoko spent too much time bitching about the courts instead of playing

any thoughts?

the heat of the surface plays a big role in the way the ball bounces... i would believe that a red and a blue surface would react differently to the sun and thus be at different temperatures.

yep that's true here is one simple example.. i had red car and some1 painted blue.. and i cant drive that blue car lol , same car, different color , like this clay.
nadal and maybe djoko are pathetic and weak players if they can not used to the blue clay that's make them low players why Federer can play very good on this clay? cuz he adapted his game to that surface.

exactly, different colours absorb heat differently.
