this question doesnt even make sense, if ur struggling against top spin u have to try get ontop of the ball and get in the court more, or you will be pushed further and further back and will spend all day chasing shadows.

well you are getting a chance to get a winner, meaning you are hitting it closer to the net? it really is important to realize your follow through. if you are coming up to the net and you want to hit a forehand smash you want to hit the ball higher and follow through to your waist downward
