Just read an article on US open's website about it, he still seems pretty motivated although he has turned 30. I still believe he has at least one more Slam up his sleeve, after all Agassi managed to win one above 30 afaik so it's not impossible, and definitely not with Roger's playstyle.

whats left, prob another GS or 2, id say wimb and the us are his best shot since clay is dominanted by nadal and i can see djok winning the next 4 or so aus opens.

whats next? well he could retire tomoro and would be considered the GOAT for another lifetime most likely, he has nothing to prove. look at players he played with who were world number 1s for there gen, hewitt, nalbandian, roddick... there all so far off what they use to be but then theres fed at 30 hes still a force in mens tennis.
