I Just buy the Wilson KThree
Opinion on it?
I had a old Head 660 so must be an improvement just wanna more about the fell etc and if you guys have it lmk whats the better way to play with it

also wondering if anyone have a training program to improve their tennis skill ^^
Makes a year i'm playing my game as improve but i want to get better
Since winter is coming soon in canada (woot :rolleyes: ) I need inside training with weight etc and outside for the summer

I never had that racket, used to have a Wilson though and it was nice. Now I got 2 babolat's.

As for practice the best way is to get a tennis trainer to play with, it's really much better than practicing on your own with someone who isn't an expert either, because a trainer can instantly tell you what you're doing wrong and by yourself you can just teach yourself bad grips or habits that will be hard to lose once you've used them for a while.

What about it? I've been training outside pretty much all my life. It's a difference surface but it's good to practice that too

At least 2/3rd of all tournaments are on clay or grass so.. :)

lol no doesn't what i mean
I play outside on hard court
(The only other court are clay at the Uniprix Stadium we're the roger cups is)
But i meant the training like with weight etc at home or in a gym

haha oh that! I was like huh? :rofl:

I don't think it's necessary unless you're either in very bad shape or a pretty advanced player. Some cardio for more stamina never hurts though :)

Any idea of cardio to change
I hate to go running 3 times a week zzz
I think my shape is pretty good but in the winter i'm stuck inside (expect for hockey on the ice where i push extremly hard on my body to go always over what i can do)
So hockey his my mine cardio etc but in summer i run do bicycle any other idea of running?
Idk in my lesson i use to do eight with two balls (running in 8 around em)

bike is not very effective for running stamina is my experience. You could try swimming, some strength training at the same time :)

(Cause in tennis its pretty much this)

when it comes to running I don't do anything special. I do either about 5-8km at a good speed or a long distance (~16) at normal speed
