I don't think it's necessary unless you're either in very bad shape or a pretty advanced player. Some cardio for more stamina never hurts though

Any idea of cardio to change
I hate to go running 3 times a week zzz
I think my shape is pretty good but in the winter i'm stuck inside (expect for hockey on the ice where i push extremly hard on my body to go always over what i can do)
So hockey his my mine cardio etc but in summer i run do bicycle any other idea of running?
Idk in my lesson i use to do eight with two balls (running in 8 around em)
