long rally, ferrer fearless dictating with the forehand, gets to the net, pops up a volley, verdasco runs all the way across the court and hits a fh just over the netpost and it lands in

5-7, 6-7(8), 6-3, 6-3, 7-6(4) - verdasco

i think i'm going to go do something else, nadal is on his game, lopez isn't even serving well, and his ground strokes look horrible

probably going to be like 6-2, 6-4, 6-3 or something

Lopez just had triple break point. He lost two of them, now has 1 more chance to get back on serve. Lopez seems pretty nervous to start.

i know he blew at least 2 of them on 2nd serve mis-hit returns

6-3, 1-2 nadal, although lopez looks like hes sort of figuring a few things out

not sure about some of these approach shots though

lopez gets beaten handily, and of course that 5 setter probably softened up nadals ultimate bitch, verdasco

at least ferrer wouldn't have rolled over, guarantee if verdasco falls behind a set and a break you see him get mad and start spewing errors/serve horribly, although my prediction is slightly different


nadal/verdasco - nadal in 4, i think verdasco comes out full of belief and steals a set and then gives away the 2nd and has a meltdown, combined with the fatigue..
youzhny/wawrinka - youzhny in 3, for fucks sake please let youzhny get a crack at nadal so this draw isn't a complete joke

djokovic/monfils - djokovic in 4, although i see they have him in the day session tomorrow. watch the heat wear him down and monfils manage his way through only to get annihilated in the semis..
federer/soderling - fed in 4, don't think this surface does soderling any favors in this particular match up
