it seems that Nadal is the clear favorite to win this French Open. Federer doesn't look as dominant as he was earlier this year, but it's Federer, he'll make it happen when it counts.
As for the women's side, it seems to me that there is no clear favorite. It's pretty wide open. Venus seems to be playing well. I don't think Henin will win this year, but a Sharapova/Henin third round should be interesting. :]
This. He even says he doesnt want to waste energy in the first few matches when it's not needed to proceed to the next round.
Today he lost 1 out of like 9 break points against him. When it gets tough he just plays on a higher level. Hope he can win this year again!

Söderling looking strong too by the way. I almost felt bad for the guy he last played; 6-0,6-1,6-1
Two days ago I complained how they were only broadcasting the match of the only player from my country *(Holland), But now he won again! *Go Thiemo de Bakker* !
The women's tournament is a mess as always. Anyone can win it

Still seems the level of women's tennis is not very high at the moment, seeing how henin and kim clijsters can return to the top this easily.
Tomorrow again some interesting matches! Fernando Verdasco(ESP)[7] vs. Florent Serra(FRA)
Horacio Zeballos(ARG) vs. Rafael Nadal(ESP)[2]
Alisa Kleybanova(RUS)[28] vs. Ana Ivanovic(SRB)
Oleksandr Dolgopolov Jr(UKR) vs. Fernando Gonzalez(CHI)[12]
And for you Americans

Andy Roddick(USA)[6] vs. Blaz Kavcic(SLO)
