murray actually shows life and looks capable after he falls behind 2-4 0-40, rofl...

this guy is never going to win a slam unless several people are injured or he faces a total scrub in the finals

lost in 4.
And i agree.

Murray looked flat. Go Wawrinka. At this point, Murray doesn't seem like he'll ever win a slam. Claiming hard courts are his favorite/best surface; losing in 3rd round. Gg.

i don't even know if flat is the right word, for most of that match he looked horrible, even in the first set

his groundstrokes were inconsistent and he never really transitioned to offense at any point in most of the points, he served horribly.. again (and i said this about verdasco in the first round), i feel like i could have taken a set off of him today (assuming i served well).

props to wawrinka though, he gave away the first set and then got better as the match wore on

youzhny/isner have split sets, and are on serve in the 3rd. oddly enough i find myself routing for youzhny, and i see there were 2 breaks each (wtf?) in the 2nd.

can anyone who was watching tell me how/when/the order these occured, and what happened in the breaker?

round of 16 matchups:

nadal/lopez (probably nadal in 4, 3 if lopez gifts him a set with some shitty play like everyone always does)
ferrer/verdasco (i love this matchup, on form i would say ferrer in 4 although anything can happen here)
wawrinka/querrey (ugh.. hard to predict, i would say it goes five though. i think wawrinka is the better player, but querrey could have a great day + the crowd.. plus wawrinka plays down (and below) his opponents at times
winner of isner/youzhny and robredo (fairly sure whoever wins this will kill robredo, unless it's isner and his ankle falls apart [which could happen])

bottom half

gasquet/monfils (i seriously hate both, simply because they both underachieve. probably monfils in 4 in an error fest, i would have much rather seen bellucci/davydenko vs. tipsarevic here, but w.e)
fish/djokovic (can't wait for this. fish in 5)
soderling/montanes (wtf, montanes is still in this? soderling in 3, lolol)
federer/melzer (tricky, since melzer looks good and fed is due for some shitty performance. probably fed in straights, with 1-2 going to a breaker, but if melzer comes out on fire and fedmug makes an appearance anything can happen)

actually, going to change that gasquet/monfils prediction to gasquet in 4

he's looking like he's found his groove and i remember the davydenko match was more him dictating/owning then davy sucking

plus monfils just pisses me off more than anything, if he had even a respectable tennis iq he would firmly cemented in the top 10 and maybe even top 5

I agree with most of ur comments as well.
IF fish does beat djokovic , what will his rank be like o.o

i hate monfils, but i think he'll pull off over gasquet.
People will probably rage, but i hate federer and soderling, maybe cause there swiss and sweeden :D
Im indifferent towards novak.
Hate monfils. Those are most of my men pet peeves.

Nadal and roddick are my two favorite mens. with rest of americans behind them lol

he's on his way to the top 10. they keep repeating how he has no points to defend for the rest of the year. and i think there might be one more 1000 master series, so he still has chances.

as for the match ups, i think my predictions are just about the same as yours. fish vs. djokovic will look good though.

with murray out, the draw is open for the nadal v. federer final :D so excited. only tough match i see that would get in the way is on Fed's side. Fed v Soderling might be difficult, or whoever he plays in the semis (Djokovic or Fish)
