Do you also have school / work? How do you manage that, 6 times a week + gym? I play about 2 times a week + Gym + some cardio, but definately all together it's not over 6 times a week average

Yeah I got school too and I work as a tennis coach for young children once a week. I play every monday, wednesday and thursday morning before school. I also play every monday, wednesday and thursday evening, so it's basically 6 tennis sessions on 3 days. Then I go to the gym every tuesday, friday and sunday evening, (but I tend to miss a gym session once a week)... saturday is my day off where I go to work at the tennis club. :)

(This is still a lot less than 2 years ago, because now I play tennis 3 days a week, before I played 5-6 days a week and when I did physical training back then it was all done so I could improve in tennis. Now I just go to the gym to try and get a nice body without caring whether it helps or "hurts" my tennis if you know what I mean)

Well nice to see you are atleast still somewhat serious with tennis. For me it's just a hobby about twice a week :( . I work in a fashion store and study finance, so you're not doing too bad :P . Maybe I'll just get a wild card for Wimbledon next year if I feel like it again.

I've never been to the gym to improve my game by the way. Maybe it was a little early, I was about 14-15 when I was at the peak of my enthusiasm for becoming a top 10 player ;) . Honestly I just go to the gym out of boredom or when I feel like I've got too much energy to sit down haha

By the way, You should help us out with this dilemma..

Wikipedia says it's Li Na, but AO.com says Na Li and the commentators mix it up -_-

Yeah... somewhat serious, except I don't compete and trust me, I never have a 100% attendance at the end of the week, I miss a lot of training sessions and I don't care a lot for sleep, back in the days it was always "I gotta get 8 hours so I can give 100% at the court" now I get like 6 hours cause I just don't give a shit :P

Yeah I wasn't in the gym that often when I was younger either, but when I was, I was doing a lot of cardio and different kinds of shoulder excercises where you just repeat same thing over and over.

Lol I've actually had this discussion with my father already. When you look at TV and you see the score it says one thing and the Swedish commentator says the other way around, (forgot which stands where now) so yeah it's really confusing. I don't even know what I think sounds best, both of them sounds okay in my ears :P

Maybe she doesn't even know: 'Hmm.. yeah after a week of Li I like Na for today as a first name'. You know what they say.. Putting variety in your game can confuse your opponent ;)

It's not the fact that he was crying. It was the fact that he cried after winning 10 slams and like the 4th of the same (just random numbers but u get the point) so there was nothing really special about it anymore... ofc he should be happy as fuck but the crying was a bit too much... I remember he cried once after he had lost to Nadal in a final, and that I can understand because it was a really emotional time...and also when he finally won French (not actually sure if he cried there), but u know... after 4th and 5th wimbledon trophy he didn't need to cry imo.

Not that he's less of a champion or a faggot for doing it, I just thought it was slightly too much.

Just because someone wins something 1000 times, doesn't mean it shouldn't mean as much. Federer was chasing the 14 GS count, had lost to Nadal in that heartbreak at Wimbledon and was handed the runner's up trophy by his idol Laver who made him cry 3 years earlier when he was presented the winner's trophy by Laver as well.

He cried after the French, and he has pretty much cried after every Wimbledon win. Look, I know I would pretty much cry for my first slam, which obviously Federer did. For him to cry even after the 14th time, shows how much he truly loves and cares for the game. I would rather have that than someone who wins their 14th and doesn't really care. Of course people are different, and like/hate to show their emotions or they just aren't the type of person to cry.

I don't understand why Rafatards attack Federer for being "different" than Nadal in that aspect. It is a trade off I guess. Nadal is so emotional on the court, even for small points, while Federer holds that emotion until the end. Should we say Nadal is a fucktard for his antics on the court?

I'm not attacking Federer calling him a tard or anything, nor am I defending Nadal. For me, none of it is a big deal, but I still think it's a bit too much. Like I said, each to his own.

And the two examples you came up with, was some of the moments where I could understand why he cried, but back in 05-07 when he practically just steamrolled all the slams except French and still had to cry after every win is over the limit for me. But like I said, I'm not trying to diss Federer or anything, or call him less of a champion, I still think he's the greatest of all time.
