his first and  last GS :(

nah, he will probably be good for about 1 per year for at least the next 4-5 years. guy is too good, got his first, rest of the big 3 are now in trouble when dealing with him

k, heres why i disagree with this statement

1) murray has beaten nadal at a grand slam... twice

2) nadal coming back doesn't change the fact that since murray is in the top 4, he will not need to beat 3 of the top 4 qf/sf/f (by virtue of still having his own quarter)

3) nadals absence didnt really have an impact on murray (since again, murray is top 4 regardless, and should have ran into fed and djokovic semi/final [but roger lost])

4) i think at this stage in their careers murray is a superior hard court player, although obviously rafa will always own him on clay (even though murray plays him well) and will still be slightly better at wimbledon

i would love to see this but i can't agree with you lol

best chance might be next chance, if he can pull another top 8 seed and nadal is either out or playing still injured.

its gotta be so difficult for a player like him to maintain a strong level thru 7 matches, its almost like in some areas he has too many options and the guy is still only 5'11 regardless..

and he was always an underachiever and a bit of a choker for most of his 20s.. still gotta love his game tho
