when it comes to running I don't do anything special. I do either about 5-8km at a good speed or a long distance (~16) at normal speed

Thx mate for tips ^^

Mmmmm
You just give me a fcking good idea rofl ^^
I love swimming and never think about it thx
Mmmm
If i run should i do 20 sec sprint 30 sec walk
(Cause in tennis its pretty much this)

interval training is very good for tennis

there are many different variations

15/15 (15 seconds run 90% of maxspeed, 15 seconds walk/jog)
30/30 (same as above but twice as long, and perhaps 80% run speed instead of 90%)
40/15 (run 70% walk/jog 15%)
70/20 (same as above, run 70 seconds, walk 20 seconds)

there are the ones we usually do

it's really up to you whether you want to jog slowly or walk, it depends on your shape

last week we did smth like this:

10 seconds sprinting followed by 20 seconds 80% of max capacitiy followed by 30 seconds 60% capacity followed by 20 seconds walking, and then same again for like 20 minutes.

try to mix it up, see which one fits you the most... both when it comes to time but also effort during the running period

anyway we usually keep doing this for 15-30 minutes at a time without breaks (the seconds where you jog/walk is the break), i dont know how many repetitions that is, i usually try to shut my brain off during these exercises, but it's always best to have someone there who can push you when the going gets tough
