Well both player and trainer, just not full-time. Although I could be if I wanted to, but I'd rather study and do few private lessons whenever people ask me because it's good money and pretty fun since most players I train already know how to play pretty decently :)

45... now that's a ripoff! Hehe nah well the court is 15 euro or so which they pay as well, so it's actually 45 for them however "only" 30 goes to me.

Indeed it was 45 for everything. The trainer paid some of it to the club for the court, so it's pretty similar to what you're saying.

To improve your game I strongly suggest you start doing fitness, fitness it the most important thing in tennis, you need to build resistance so you can stay hours on court playing.

For your game, this is only lessons that could help you out, reading it out here will just leave your brain in an instant.

i spend time playing d2 and on jsp merely as time off from my tennis

i full time travel and play professional events

i am currently in california, i love d2
anyway lmk if you have any questions

btw most pro's will waiste time with you because if you do not get better fast, you will perpetually come to them

that being said you do need to find a tennis coach, first make sure he does not overcharge, secondly come with a list of goals

if he says they are unrealistic move on, most tennis coaches are not really worth the money they charge so be picky

also its a great sport u can play for life so invest time in learning properly at the beginning

my best advice, is try not to hit anything hard

learn levels at a time
like learn to bounce the ball on your racket like a pro, sounds wierd but teaches your brain to know the angle of your racket face

secondly learn how to control your shots while hitting as slowly as u can, that ingrains control,

thirdly start your swing slow, when the racket drops from high then u can accelerate, do not lead with your shoulder, it should be smooth acceleration,

also your best friend, is a wall.

its oldschool, but its best method to learn and ingrain things, however dont slam against the wall.

work on sidestepping to aprproach every ball then turn when you get close

details are diff to explain i have no idea what your level is but lmk if you have any questions ect maybe i can help :P

good luck
