Oh come on.. Nadal was clearly trying to stop Delpotro's playing rythm there. Whenever Nadal takes a medical timeout, he makes a big drama of it but in the end nothing is wrong and never looks back at his 'injury'.
Even björn borg on british tv was like.. 'Oh well it looks like nadals injury was far less serious than it seemed when he asked for the timeout'
