Alright, so ive been playing varsity tennis for 3 years at my school. Every match I had against another school, I would choke because of pressure. I would get so tense that my footwork was awful and my arm would get too stiff to follow through. What do you guys recommend to calm this pressure? I'm sure some of you experience this too. Every shot counts, so I get too nervous and I end up losing because I wasn't confident in my shots and I was just playing horribly. My season is coming up and I NEED to win some games, since this is my last year in high school.
