i always do flat on first pretty much and usually do slice on 2nd

if my opponent is really good at defending slice serve ill throw some top spins in, but usually a high arching slice on 2nd serve has been effective for me with rare double fault

If you have a really good kick or top-spin serve that should always be your first serve

meh it depends... those serves are generally pretty easy to get in = good 2nd serve and go for a more risky first serve (pure power or kick yea)
