4. Nadal coming back to win French/Wimbledon, and now possibly US Open to complete Grand Slam.

Federer only winning 2 tournaments in a year which is a negative record by far for him.
Del Potro's dissapointing year. (Ended 34th on rankings this year)

Yeah he ended on 34th because he couldn't defend his USO title. The skies the limit for him next year because he shows up even to the quarters in either HC slam, and wins or gets to the final of an HC tourney(which I think is possible given his game at last years USO) he will skyrocket back up in the rankings(because he had so many DNF this year compared to last year). Next season will probably end up being a rebuilding year, but watch out for this guy on hard surfaces when his wrist gets healthy.

Also I think it's kind of sad that people say Federer is on a downslide when he ONLY wins one slam per year. Honestly, that just shows how great these two players are, when one of them doesn't reach the final of a major tournament, it's considered a let down. It' crazy how good they are.

I think its usually just because of the dominance federer usually shows, as much as i dont like him.
Hes being challenged a lot more now.
