i play fill role only, and my average wait time for a game is 5+ mins...

it seems kind of odd to me, i miss the days of 20-30 second ques...

not really and it is easy fix. You get -lp for bad team performance. You are never evaluated based on your own game play. You may carry as fuck and still lose so -lp... But hey, its riot
