Distribution of players ranking is approximately:

Master: 0.18%

GrandMaster: 0.026%

Challenger: 0.011%

What rank would you consider to be among the pros? For example you'd consider booking a coaching session, ask for boosting services, watch streaming/competitive play?

It’s for sure challenger as a solo q grinder.

The only people that should be ranked gm as a “pro” are current “pros” that don’t spend all their time on the ladder.

Do you think successful League streamers are almost always Challenger? Or is there a lower bar for that type of success vs competitive play?

I completely misread this post. If you wanna get a coaching session u dont buy it because of their rank. Typically the highest players are the worst coaches cause they taught how to play not how to teach.

For boosting service i got denied as master player in EU so gotta be grandmaster+ but the NA starter boosters are D3 and above not cause its harder but because not enough people boost on that server.

There are plenty pros hovering around mid or low master around 200 LP. Specially in second division or as u call it "academy players"
