trying to offer valuable advice to a struggling new player - apparently calling someone toxic and a loser because of their attempt at making the game hard for a new player is restriction worthy.

how does one appeal/complain about this? it's absolute rubbish.

it's still an interesting insight into how riot mismanage things, if these chat logs as a response to someone calling people c***s and the likes in a level 3 game warrant penalties it makes me wonder why chat is a thing period.
