Maybe this is a stupid question but there is one thing I don't understand and maybe you will help me.

Why people buy account boosting? I have two options in my head:
1) They are already ex. diamond and just created new account and don't want to spend time to grind there - but grinding in that matter is a fun for them as it's win after win in lower divisions, so I'm not sure about this option
2) They are let's say bronze and buy to grind acc till ex. diamond but because of their low skill they will not be able to hold that rank in ranked games so out of sense

Please help me guys to solve this puzzle

Some people believe an "elo hell" exists. That is to say they fail to climb because their crappy teammates always hold them back. So they boost to higher rank and realize they suck. Or they want the end season rewards/border icon while only playing arams to impress their friends.

Cap must be hardstuck bronze.
