so when i play urgot i seem to get a lead..but this lead with hullbreaker can some times lead to cap locks argue with adc to rotate when i have early top tear 1 and 2 towers..
should i just keep pushing out top and try farm there top jg and get more ahead?

You generally stay top unless tp for dragon control or tp bot for a lead if you stay pushed...

Top is a lonely place to be

Teemo top have alot more ezz life to get global presence
Urgot is more like Heimerdinger, witch have limited roaming options

pushing mid turret opens the game as toplaner, more ezz then laneswapping with botlane
if raom bot, just push turret and go top after
also nice to camp enemy jgl deep in the botlane, forcing opponent to take action, release pressure on allies

My toplane Teemo sometimes buy a support item at 8to11min mark, to hit that juice +15/+12%more haste support item at lvl13+ward quest
