NEW Luden ECHO COOLDOWN Dealing ability damage to an enemy champion now also reduces Echo’s cooldown by 0.5 seconds (up to 3 seconds per ability)


So i am testing some Item haste runes on Teemo, but my Teemo only do 4sec(3sec) of damage, 4times (at 0,1,2,3, not at4) So no double luden proc in 1shroom
My twitch 6sec passive damage not proc spell effect

My singed do damage every 0.25sec with q, but he only gets 3sec Luden cooldon reduction ONES per game, huge bugg, even when reactivate toggle q

Gone test, Anivia q and Heimer q/w now

Shaco box have 5sec duration
So time between 1ste and last damage tick is 4.5sec
0.5sec between hits
So at max item haste, 6.9sec cooldown-3sec=3.9=4sec
Can have 2 luden proc's from 1Shaco box


Heimer probably sickest!
get -2.5sec cooldown from rockets w
and -3sec cooldown from 1q, in 1.714seconds


Ofc not that good when build big amounth of AP
Since your turrets do 35%AP per hit*1.75aps
and technically Heimer turret needs 20hits, to trigger luden 1 time extra without item haste
10%/20=0.5%AP ratio added
100/20=5base damage added per hit from new luden cooldown reduction on hit

5/0.35 = 14AP on turret required to get this luden buff damage ===>20.3 incl item haste
5*5/0.93=26.9AP required on rockets to get this luden damage===>39AP incl item haste

You get 1.4%more damage on turret after building 90000AP from this luden buff
You get 10.42%more damage on turret after only building 100AP from new luden buff, multiplied with item haste
