Hey guys some of you may know me as a premier NA skin trader on here who seems to have endless amounts of RP. I try my best to not butcher any rates while offering to keep a stability to those who want to skin trade while making a profit. I don't counter any offers that beat my prices because I'm not greedy unless you piss me off and block me.

I don't buy rp and that's my secret and for those that do needs to make a profit. By theory the correct ratio is .73 if you're doing an exact conversion based off of a $100 purchase but keep in mind that when you buy rp it's not the exact amount for the skins needed so you'll have excess rp which may result in not enough for the next trade which requires another purchase leading to the question "is it worth buying more rp for trading and sitting on more rp in a dead forum worth it?"

The whole point is to make a profit for people who are spending cash to buy rp and having excess rp rather than breaking even. When you guys see me offering discounts on big purchases it's bringing it to a true value because the reality is how many people in this forum would offer a 8k+ rp skin package?

I'm trying to look out for the little guys not for myself. I can care less if the rate is .75 or even .1 I still profit regardless, I'm just not gonna butcher the market and ruin the incentive for people who want to spend the cash for a quick trade with little to no profit.

TLDR: What rate do you think it should be at for the NA server?

The rate is whatever anyone is willing to offer.
That's how all of d2jsp works.

edit: You PM'd me telling me I'm desperate for FG because I offered a lower rate than you, that's why I blocked you.

I didn't tell you anything as a statement, I asked you a question. You read my post If you want to talk about it then unblock me, if not then it's fine by me life goes on I'm sorry if it sounded as a hostile approach.

Aren't you the desperate one since you then lowered your rate to 0.7fg/rp? why are you lowering the rate in a dead subforum?

1. Friend discount (which didn't even go to .7 so no I didn't lower) I wouldn't offer the rate to anyone else unless certain circumstances. 2. Not desperate as whatever the rate is I still profit, I just don't like market crashers when there's low demand for it see the steam forum or blizzard tokens. It's a BM move and ruins the trading experience for other traders.

only ruins it for people selling, for people buying it's a godsend to get a 25% discount from ur rates, you even said yourself that there is profit until 0.73 and you're trying to sell at 1fg/rp. Sounds like you just want the market to yourself and as soon as any competition arises you have a temper tantrum.

I said by theory that's the profit rate, but only if you buy based off of $100 usd with a 10k fg to 100 usd rate (donor forum real life trading rate) but not everyone will fork out $100 and sit on it. So no I'm not throwing a tantrum, I'm simply looking out for the other traders who want an incentive to spend their cash, there's plenty of trades that people went with others because of a slightly lower price and I didn't bother countering. If I were to buy rp to trade a skin to someone, I wouldn't purchase $20 for an 1820 skin to trade at a .75 rate and be left over with 600 that I can't do anything with unless I purchase more rp. There's no incentive to do so, it's more about someone dropping the cash for someone else who doesn't want to.

you haven't made a single point here, you've explained how a trading market like this works without actually making a single valid point, you've said that you're protecting the people who want to spend their cash but isn't Josha exactly one of those people?
