IMPERIAL MANDATE
MARK OF ENMITY Abilities that slow or immobilize a champion deal 60-100 bonus magic damage (levels 1-18) and mark them for 4 seconds. Ally champion damage detonates the mark, dealing an additional 60-100 (ally levels 1-18) magic damage and granting you both 20% movement speed for 2 seconds (6 second cooldown per enemy).
MYTHIC Grants all other Legendary items 15 ability power

fucking hate they changed the icons for existing items. at least wait for us to get used to the new shit...

and I don't know if anyone else has the same read, but the revamp seems to be ridiculously bruiser and assassin sided. tank items are OK but they gimped mana and early-mid CDR everywhere, they're going to be even more shit in laning. problem extends to most supports, CDR again generally lacking and stats/abilities loaded into completed items that you won't have for a long time. ADC have a lot more choice with cool actives but most stats have been nerfed and AD assassins/bruisers will abuse many of their items. AP bruisers/assassins have a shitton of options, with sustain and powerful actives being easy. AD assassin items didn't really get their stats nerfed and yet they have access to powerful new abilities, including extra burst and invis during fights. grievous wounds seems easy to access now tho and builds into more things, which is objectively good.

one big dif tho is you can start with tear, where as before if you didnt have it by 7.5 minutes it could be slower

yes, you can also use it on champs, for double the mana gain, so you can complete it at 11min mark if not hit minions when have stacks.




What about this walking fountain Heimerdonk build

MOONSTONE RENEWER, allies heal 60 when Heimerdonk hit something, cooldown 2sec
2sec cooldown * (upto100/145item haste)=1.3793seconds cooldown
60heal*2.5when heimer is in champion combat for 4sec * 1.6heal power * 1.1rune = 264heal
264/1.3793*5 = 957 life regen per 5 for 1 nearbye ally



STAFF OF FLOWING WATER
RAPIDS Healing or shielding an ally grants you both 15% movement speed and 20-40 (ally levels 1-18) ability power for 3 seconds
