Currently I'm D3 (0 LP)and my decay is scheduled in 8 days.
The season ends 9th (23:59:59) of november 2020.

Do i have to play another game or I'm safe?

The season ending doesn't mean your elo will reset. This will happen when new season starts.

So basically you will decay in preseason if you don't play.

This is incorrect.

You do not decay in preseason. Additionally, masters+ banked games are frozen as well. I'm finishing my banked games and then I get to sit on it throughout preseason for free. You can still get knocked out of GM/Challenger based on LP, but you cannot decay out during preseason.
