May require Ryla to make Liandry good, and after AP-buffs, why would you wana go full spelleffects?
May require Ryla to make arcane comet hit more often, and less ezz to dodge.
Ultimate Hunter:
it basicly sounds bad to try to reduce your 0.55sec cooldown R into a 0.4 sec cooldown
since mana is the problem, not the cooldown
Penetration:
One of the main forms of damage before the AP-buff, just like the spelleffects

Sorc shoes and voidstaff sounds solid, but swiftniss+deadmans sounds alot better and more fun
1000mana is gone give some extra things (1400gold value):
200mana restoured on takedown*1.333 mana refund archangel = 266.6 (ones per 1min, thats 22.2mana regen per 5=500gold value)
10*1.333=13.33mana regen per 5 from manaflow band (300 gold value)
30AP archangel*1.4deathcap=42AP (913.5 gold value)
ETERNITY0.2* about 58mana regen total per 5=11.6life regen (266.6 gold value)
1000mana*0.2ETERNITY=200extra life pool (533gold value)
ETERNITY loose 1000life per 3min*0.15 = 4.16mana regen per 5 (94gold value)
Thats 4007gold value for 1000mana instead of 1400gold value
