My advice is watch streams and understand what's the key point of almost every strategy in 10.14.
I personally like this meta cause it rotates not around the comps itself but how and when to reach spikes when you're hard contested. It's less mechanical and needs to think more before making decisions.
If you want to save your time ofc you can easily get some coaching around
