this a new strat,, they stay lvll 4-5 and hyper rool 1-2 cost units

I imagine you have to winstreak to level 4, but even then, I don't know how he would have the income to roll THAT much.

lvl9 = 15%chance for tier5

thats 150%more effect of income when rolling tier5 champs at lvl9 instead of 8

Yeah, ive ran into this like 5 + times now and 4-5 people running willy wonka / candy land.

quite annoying having 9 people in every single game hyper rolling for 3* Poppy/Leona
Put Warmog / Thornmail / Dragon Claw on Poppy and game is pretty much over.


You can see that tank items are the ones being picked first too every time
