Support role pretty important

Plays of support and jgler infuence laners the most.
When jgler also needs to foccus on monster, support could foccus completly on plays/champs/stacks.

New frostfang, forces the support in a even more important position,
Since supports often get the first item , the first in the game.
But ones frostfang is fully upgrade, income colapse a little, thats after 1 full item
