100/138.5Teemo resist=72.2%incoming damage
100/(100+38.5*0.6void staff-18sorc shoes)=95.2%incoming damage = 31.8%more damage against glasscannons from mpen

100/210 = 47.6%incoming damage
100/(100+110*0.6-18)=67.6%incoming damage = 41.9%more damage against tanks from mpen

So in a few min, i need 2 examples,
1)howmatch damage i loose when drop deathcap (25%on first sight, but it may be 19%afterall if include cheap shot atc)
2)howmatch damage i loose when drop Luden and get a tank cdr item (12%less i gess)

New runes for the new Heimerdonk!


Maximum Mana items pretty bad on Heimerdonk!

Then a luden is not super bad, but its bad to rush and loose Ryla slow, and most important, you not need the 20cdr, if you plan on building a warmog
And mana regen from Luden mana is not that huge when multiplied with manaflow band, its not Teemo, Heimer needs more mana sustain then Teemo
Every 1000mana only provides 10flat mana regen when its missing mana, thats simular to 50%mana regen aka, 250gold value
However a bigger mana pool then the verry low base mana pool is required, even if have 150%mana regen redemption
Ontop, Heimer not have that massive benefits from other runes, like ultimate hunter on Teemo does
Verry important aswell, gold value in AP/life you not want in mana item, you want thouse spelleffects when invest into AP-life

makes 750max mana from runes, and 1%missing mana regenerated, verry stronk
thats 100%more maximum mana and 50%more mana regen from runes

37%cdr pretty stronk!

45cdr+ultimate hunter is pretty nice aswell, but a bit overdone on Heimer, biggest reason are:
other runes nice, arcane comet verry welcome on TankHeimer
And, you can have 3 q up and shooting, when have 3q up stored aswell, (not that it happens that often)
Teemo just have a better storage system on r then Heimer have on q
Heimer no storage system on w or r
Heimer likes to stump 1 lane, instead of roaming massive for ultimate hunter or ravenous hunter stacks
45cdr hits in verry lategame if you want Ryla asap
w-cooldown is insane low, after max it first

my 37%cdr setup, not even cost alot of gold: kindle gem+forbidden idol

138Liandry damage from 1 hit / 0.35AP ratio from 1 turret = 394AP required to replace Liandry damage, if turret shoot a champ only ones
138/0.55AP ratio on rockets = 250AP required to make rockets do Liandry passive damage, if hit only 1 rocket
Gathering storm and arcane comet make Turret basic attack be decent when enter the lategame, when all gold goes into tank

More enemy champs is more damage! This Heimer likes Teamfights!
