I played him in URF, and totaly wrecked everything with it. On other champs i suck in urf
Did not liked his reworked e, so i not played him the last year!

Think i gone play a few normals with it.

Seems cooldown reduction not super great since it only starts to work after the q+w duration ends, or after reactivation
However it may help on tank-endgame build for cash-overflow on a tear.
Just saying, 30cdr>45cdr

Movement speed super nice, since it makes your q travel faster, and w hit better, and flat movement speed scalles with 20%q+40%decaying w
Infinite mana allow you to double tap spam w for massive movement speed

Just for the trolls of it, i gone do conqueror since it stacks in 2sec, on every w-hit
even if only 8%heal on ranged champs, that's still 8*3=24%spellvamp or ravanous hunter

i dont like the rework ither,, i like the idea of big mana pool and leaving stars out for long as you have mana * like blue birds R gets to sit there long as he has mana

Is there a list of say 5 champs that are op in urf

So far the ones I played velkoz and lux seem to be

Jax
Xin Zhao
Shaco
Jhin
and Kaisa have the highest KDA and winrate in ARURF, and are arguably the strongest because of the insane mix of offense vs Defense they provide (jhin in the exception, his passive just makes it so he can have 2k AD in the mode lol)

i like champs that use insane amounth of mana,
like kog maw

also like to troll hard,
thats penetration item+1damage item into offtank racing deadmans poke
jinx/ashe/kogmaw/asol

maybe not that good at 1vs1 cloose combat, but alot of fun, and can abuce lanefase!
