and pick the DarkHarvest keystone instead of arcane comet, and the 45cdr cap
when get support role

played 1 game with 45cdr Teemo
mana was ok, thats not the problem
the cdr-rush was the problem (luden+kindle gem+scalling cdr runes)
also, arcane comet does pretty good damage and AP scalling to shroom

e/ the overkill of frostfang+manaflow band+luden echo, is pretty good, since you can spam q+w and still have r-spam
better eurly+mid game, worse for lategame, since AP, not that it matter alot for the lategame either

my Heimer always max w first, witch cost alot of mana
therefore it rushes a Tear, i used to do this on support role to, witch sets you back alot.

manaregen on frostfang brings back heimer support!

i combined it with manaflow band, streight into Ryla/swiftniss magic boots+20/deathcap
(sorc tree+45cdr on heimer)

for teemo is not realy matters alot, sorc tree to big for him

1300g power spike of lost chapter is more than enough for mana sustain with mana band, and biscuits (heimer)
