At the midgame, you can have some serious powerspikes,
witch require you to sacrafice some in the eurly game

being 20%less powerfull then opponent in the eurly game at lvl1 when laning starts not do alot, if know so
since minions do serious damage at lvl1, and towers are all up
you farm less,

Teemo Powerspikes:
36%cdr at lvl10, with only Luden echo, combined with ultimate hunter
manaflow band +250, and regen 1%missing mana, at lvl6
Liandry
Cloud drake with 5/5ultimate hunter
20/30min mark Gathering storm

So its about catching up to the midgame and not do alot of trollshit before then
teleport/exaust-heal, no doran, refillible pot+boots or spellthief

Farming a bit less at lvl1-4 not matters match, only for the mastery-score-s+
the powerspikes may hit a bit later, but at least they hit

well i dont like this page at all on teemo,,for many many reasons,,

commit only procs when you Q or R them...
no rav hunter means no life sustain..
att speed on the offecne does sooooooo much,. early late all game dps.,,.
w/e u think your getting from the extra cool down is ehhh,,,
better trap placement is key not more

you heal for 1health over 4sec when someone steps on your rank1 mushroom
you heal for another 1.666health per target over 4 sec for every Ravenous Hunter stack on rank1 mushroom

it even sucks on Heimer, who proc 100%ravenous hunter on q-turret basic attacks


attack speed rune, at lvl10 you have 26%attack speed growth,
so when attacking stationary against minions, 136/126===>7.8%more attacks
when come out of passive, 196/186===>5%more attacks
i will try this rune when i do the 45cdr rush setup, instead of the 9AP

the slow on mushroom makes arcane comet hit rate be verry good (70%to90%)
comet travel time is fixed, and not based on distance like Aery
Mushroom ticks reduced arcane comet cooldown
So mushrooms that hit 12%of mapdistance away from teemo, make arcane comet hit frequency be bigger then Aery
