I was prompted to change my username, not summoner name.

Does anyone know why it would ask me to change it?

randomly got this for a smurf i made 6 years ago and never play on lmao.
weird part is, account login name is something i've never seen anywhere else.
someone out there, that one dude. chose the same name as me.

i mistyped my new name and had to contact the support
the answer was super wierd for a support
