How come mobile mobas can substitute your champion for a bot if you d/c but league can't do the same.

They are definitely limited. But they can follow someone and provide a bit more dps in a teamfight or help take out towers.

Sometimes i'll prefer a 4v5 over having someone hard int or troll all game lol

Riot probably thinks some people don't want to dodge because it's a hassle to dodge -> wait -> queue manually. So if Riot added this feature, the people who are refraining themselves from dodging, suddenly see the incentive to dodge and will exploit it.

But I see your point I'd rather want what you suggest than what we have now but I can see their point too.
