just an assumption but i would venture to guess 4pm, about the same time the other event start kicks off

if i'm wrong it would be earlier, no way it would be later then that

all skills usefull when spammed
at lvl2, you start the dive and not stop diving with voids, a endless steam of diving voids at lvl2

My Heimerdonk verry stronk in Urf

i just place 4Heimerturrets under enemie turret, not even need minions for that, its my safeheaven instead of my enemies
when someone comes its 3.6rockets and lazers per second and permstun+permaslow
