45cdr with Darkharvest can be done aswell but requires more cdr items, sorc tree more simple and more damage, just a bit less shrooms
you can take 10%scalling cdr runes and sell the forbidden idol at lvl18 for a deathcap
Skill order pretty important and i never widnissed a Teemo doing it wright!
All Teemo should max w first!
On farm Teemo, 3 points in e if wana last hit under turret without AP items, before max w
e nice to make kills, but q is better for cc
support Teemo: q/w/e/w/w/w/e/w/q/q/
other Teemo: q/e/w/e/(e)/w/w/w/w/e/e
You start heal and exaust, therefore you nn potions and recall at lvl2.9 to get frostfang
then shoes+ruby+sorc shoes
liandry>luden>void>etc
e/ Rito should remake Teemo q
make it a 2min duration minishroom without AoE, stealth or slow, with blind and a 20%AP ratio+50%AD ratio
