I haven't played league in 4-5 years. What is the current meta for strongest mid/adc/jungle and builds?

Also interested in reading about optimizing the new rune pages.

Edit: I was plat/gold, am now stuck in silver as my old account was perm banned. Incredibly hard to climb playing with terrible people at this elo.

Adc: Heimerdonk

Mid is either bruiser or assassin right now...I can count on one hand the number of mages I've laned against in the last 30-40 matches.

Adc is Kai sa, cait, and ez.

Jungle is Ekko, Eve, and Mundo.
