i dont believe it's aloud but if it is.. the skin is 1350 rp and i think thats $10. i think the exchange rate is $10:1k fg but i'm not sure

meaning this skin would be atleast 1k fg. also i think you have to be friends with the person for a day or two before you can gift skins.

you can gift any skin you like, i know that much. but befriending someone for a couple days isn't hard either
