Varies a great deal. What elo is this? Did you play with any premades with lower elo etc. Last game I got +45, D3

Plat 3, and ye i played a lot with friends in gold/silver earlier
its demotivating to gain 30 and lose 50 if i place 8th..

Hear you, played alot with lower mmr friends earlier, I even lost ~ 10 LP placing rank 4. I just played a good deal of solo, do that or play with guys with similiar mmr and you'll get back up
