Having tons of blue shards and 6 or 7 unowned champs, or having all the champs and not so many blue shards?

Having all of the champs. At that point, blue shards really don't matter... I think you can buy some things with them but idr

only thing worth saving shards for is urf warwick skin other than that its just emotes and what not
