Arcane comet no longer needed, and a frostfang+luden can replace the manaflow band, aswell as the 10cdr-rune and 10scalling cdr rune.

Biscuit delivery pretty stronk for mana aswell, and gold (i always sell them, and still get the +160max mana), and it replace the nerved magic-footwear-rune (10min>12min)
Ocean drake becomes a bit better, but without i can still do fine in shroomspamming

60%hail of blades score, lowest possible is 33%
its simply better then other Domination and Inspire keystones (maybe kleptomancer could be fun to test ones)

66.6%more damage then nr2 ingame

Sorc tree still pretty good, but ones get used to the 45cdr-5/5ulthunter, man that spam shit, spam spam spam harder, and that autoattack assatination hail of blades, ohhh man

a verry great trollaction is Exaust+heal:
1) heal allow to go lane without pots and survive till frostfang can be shopped when reach lvl2or3, allow a 7min frostfang quest for global freewards (maintaining a 100%spellthief cooldown upkeep)
2) no flash is better global taunt
3) Double heal more distanced travelled then double flash
4) Double heal for lanesustain
5) Spammible summoners are used 100%more often then summoners like flash
6) it effects your adc
in the end, it allow you to pick scalling runes, and skip the Keystone-foccus

So you hit your powerspike sooner, 45cdr+ulihunter+Liandry
when use sorc tree, you scale 40cdr at lvl18, and have lower cdr when not lvl18, but you gain faster %penetration(voidstaff), and get a deadcap to scale arcane comet and gathering storm
lvl1till5, and after you get warmog, your hail of blades functions best to be in aa-range

As a support Teemo, you need to be sadistic as fuck!
Botlane: its Teemo's road to lvl6 and frostfang quest, maybe 2 ult hunter stacks, nothing else
after lvl6, they wana fuck up teemo in the botlane, and spam ult on me, dodging it and allow my adc to farm is nice, but shroompower profits can be greater elsewere
after lvl6, you want 1 shroom in the drake pit, for as long as the game last
deep wards, and shrooms on lane+river enterances, and 4shrooms in the midlane
destroy midlane
shroomterror the enemie jgler, if not ulthunted yet, if so, streight to toplane for final ulthunter stack (shroom the baron pit)
then visit botlane again, meanwhile pingspamming drake

Makes me want to play teemo support now.

1A ) NN attack speed for waveclear on support role, since supports nn to clear waves, and hail of blades not works vs minions.
1B ) Hail of blades best effect, if not build attack speed items
2) it proc's frostfang, and you only need to attack twice+blind ones to proc all 3 frostfang stacks
3) works great on low AP,tanky, and low budget, and allow 45cdr+ultihunter

Skill order:
start q
sometime you go w before e, to secure spellthief proc movement speed advantage, if own anywhy, you take toxic shot second
if own lane verry hard at lvl1-3, you take a second point in e at lvl4, (thats only in 20%of games, when you take kills in botlane)
sometimes you need to back at lvl2, then take w
max w first for support role, verry important for mushroom spread (maxed at lvl9)
for mid/top/adc teemo, you take rank3or4 e, to farm better, before you max w (the more AP items you get early, the more you take points in w instead of e)
(on top/mid when pushed in, even when not advized, you van even take 2 points in e at lvl3, to take w at lvl4, if it gets me +2cs)
i always max q last, i like the dot-scalling from e better then the q-blind duration (may not be the best thing to do, but i am greedy after lvl11+)
