People used to play it in high elo cause it's better in team fights and for picks, I don't see it much anymore and you lose a lot of early burst damage for using that build.

Glacial augment is garbage. There is a better keystone for every champ in the game.

its a Item Keystone, not a autoattack one,
its pretty evil and enoying to play against
