However, i still use the sorc tree, not the 45%cdr cap, and i use scalling cdr runes
thats 6%scalling cdr from runes at lvl11+20cdr luden echo+10cdr rune = 36cdr
(100-36)*0.8=51.2===>48.8%ult cdr at lvl11

if i would have 45cdr====> 0.55*0.8===>56%cdr
51.2/44==>16.36%more mushrooms if i get 45cdr instead of 36cdr


blue = arcane comet/transendance/scalling cdr runes/manaflow band/gathering storm
green = dark harvest or any keystone without sorc tree to hit 45cdr cap+ultihunter (hail of blades sounds nice to)

was considering to spam cdr items before Liandry

all Shrooming Teemo's need to have Liandry, and spammible mana+cdr+ultihunter,
AP teemo, need to have deathcap+gathering storm/voidstaff+sorc shoes/arcane comet+luden, missing one or two of them effects the others to match

So i test new build now: Hail of blades
Rush: Sheen+kindle gem(+frostfang)
if get ocean drake: cdr-shoes
if not get ocean drake: forbidden idol+sorc-shoes
then (10cdr sword+)Liandry

So you have
Liandry/triforce/warmog/redemption or cdr-shoes,sorc shoes/life hammer/zzportal

So after the ultihunter buff, i picked this tree instead of the sorctree
main reason: 45cdr+ultihunter, to spam that shit harder

only important thing is that you rush a Liandry asap


magical footwear>biscuit delivery or other runes
scalling cdr runes get useless ones i hit 40cdr in items (luden/frostfang/kindle gem)
ghost poro a bit hard on support role, since you tent to refresh wards when you back home
Hail of Blades pretty sick when not build attack speed items, nice when combine with teemopassive, good to proc frostfang, and great on 6item tanky build (warmog/zzrot)
