Take teleport
take any free kill he offers you
Ignore him when he's suicide pushing (rest of map is 4v5)
Never commit more than 1 player to singed.

I had this "proxy singed" but he ran into my base and i just went b everytime and he fed me 10 kills..... is that how this proxy singed works? or.....

Only the first 2 suggestions involve champion select, and both of them are still sound advice if singed plays standard.

Champions that can't push a lane do terribly vs singed. If you pick something like gangplank or shen you're about to get manhandled.
