So, tl;dr, before you even attempt to read this.
I asked for a free rune page, I ended up getting 5 win IP boost, even though he acknowledged that I already have a significant amount of win IP boosts on my account, and still request me to pay for one, when they keep releasing champions every 2 weeks, which are too fucking expensive.

Hi, I've noticed that a lot of people have 11 rune pages, and I'm only stuck with 10, and I can't buy an additional one.
Is there any way I could get the 11th rune page please? I have a wide variety of champions I play, and 1 more page would help a whole lot so I don't have to keep changing the pages.

I understand your confusion over this - back in October our playerbase was fantastic at voting us to victory in the Audience Choice Golden Joystick award, and we rewarded them with an additional free third runepage. Unfortunately, accounts created after that date will still only have the default two runepages. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Fortunately, you can still purchase runepages with both IP and RP in our PVP.net Store!

Well what I meant was...I did get the free rune page, and that was way before I got to level 30, since I made my account last September or so.I have recently bought 7x rune pages, some with IP, but most with RP.So there is no way you guys could just give me an extra one (I'm currently at 10 rune pages), since I've already bought them, and I've spent $150+ on this game?

Honestly, I wouldn't have a problem paying for the last rune page, but Riot KEEPS releasing 6,300 IP champions, which is way too much to keep farming up every 2 weeks, to also go along with my desire for runes.I would go out and buy the RP for it, but it honestly isn't worth it for how much I have spent on this game.So I guess I'll stick with my 10 pages, and will not be spending much more money on this game.
