What do you consider high elo?

I'd say with a high level of confidence that 95% of Ezreal players below diamond 2 aren't good at the champion and don't understand how to utilize his passive or kit to its full potential.

Mid plat range
It just feels like when I play him I do good early ill be going like 4/0
But fall off late n team flames cuz I don’t don’t do enough dmg
/e what should I be doing to make sure I do dmg
I do standard build but like
Any tank that builds heavy armor i tickle them

Hard to say without seeing your games.

As I said, you're probably not utilizing his passive. Most people play him as a caster instead of weaving in autos. Plus he's not considered a strong ADC. He can be on an individual basis but compared to others, they do more damage and have greater effects on team fights. Think Ashe, MF, Kai Sa, Jhin. They offer utility on top of damage.

"In Higher Elos" is wild. Ezreal is one of the hardest adc if u want his real strength and people below ~500lp can't even autoattack and use his spells properly. I would never suggest u to play Ezreal if u dont climb instantly to master or above while doing. You can/should carry every game in this elo as ezreal just play champs like ashe/jinx and learn how to space correctly before playing advanced adcs

ezreal is really hard to pull of to have the same value as way easier adcs in the meta, dont bother about him it will either make u useless in teamfights because u dont know what to do or bait u and ur entire team, other adcs are way easier to manage in ur mmr not only for u but for ur teammates

feel like yall jumping the gun i do good with ez i def carry most of my games but for instance if theres a sion whos ahead on the top lane and builds all amor n goes tank just feels like i do little to no dmg
maybe i am building him wrong?

Post your OP.GG and we can review your game play. Some champs do well into others.

Your example of Sion into Ezreal is an example of a champion not doing well into others. Sion in his current state is one of, if not, the best tank in the game currently with near infinite health scaling.

Ezreal has no inherent %hp damage and will only benefit from armor pen, which can only do so much into Sion.

Shouldn't really be focusing a tank anyways, should be prioritizing carries in team fights.
