need help getting my client and in-game working again

between "Riot Support" and random YT videos Ive tried to diagnose and fix my issues but now everything is even worse



main issue is 90% time i try log in i get a error: "unable to connect to the login queue. platform may be down for maintenance. check server status here, if it looks good follow the guide here"


suffice to say the platform isn't down, the status is good and the guide is useless (spent 2 weeks in support for them to pass me around to several agents that ignore what prior agents asked me to do.


so before i said when i am unable to log in 90% of the time, other 10% my performance is so poor that my pm feels like its underwater, glitchy screen, 0.5-2sec lag spikes, or game crashing when i minimize

(3 months ago i wasnt having these issues, and i was playing just fine)

What "random YT videos", diagnosing and fixing issues did you try? Can you elaborate this? Pretty important if it made things worse.

Did you try using hextech repair tool?

Did you try using hextech repair tool?


hextech repair tool is discontinued its now the riot repair tool, and yes tried that several times

here is a basic transcript of what i was told to do by "riot support":

4 different people giving me "support"
3 times they told me download the riot repair tool
2 times they wanted me to adjust the vanguard and reinstall it
5 times sending them riot logs
2 times I've checked the firewall exception
2 times they wanted me download revo Uninstaller and reinstall LoL and vanguard from scratch



then i tried the YT video steps:

i had a brief moment of being able to play after those steps but the same issue came back my next game session

im pretty sure overall i ended up doing a bunch crap that affected my entire network for my other games as well becuase now i have issues with other games being super laggy (more then normal) even after getting new more internet speed upgrade

overall im open to some serious support

Just a D2R player and a casual LoL player, but I do work in IT support. Have you tried uninstalling the game using revo uninstaller, making a backup of the registry, and using an advanced scan to purge the registry of al remnants of league? Sounds to me like something is corrupt.
