No way, u let the person gift from his her own account, so u cannot get banned ;/ the most likely would be, he would be banned, the rp would be reducted from your account, but u would lose your fg.. and he will have fg..

Yes and also this, u can then report him here, to lock his acc for scam, until he or she returns funds.

The account you gift too also gets banned in the case of fraudulent RP purchase until you can cover the cost. The will not refund the RP, they will simply force you to pay for it legitimately or remain banned indefinitely.
